Is there any way to know if 140 revoked after approval.is there any change in LUD ?

Put the reciept # in the USCIS online case status, if you see a LUD, check the case status, you might be able to see the "new text/info"

Hi,

I m without an assignment for about 3 months, but I m maintaining my status bcoz the employer is running the payroll with minimum salary. mean while i m expecting a full time offer from a company and they are willing to transfer the visa. so my question is that when the new company will be asking for the paystubs for the transfer, I have the paystubs which have a reduced(minimum) salary than what I was earning when I had a project, so will it affect my job offer or any questions will be asked by USCIS?

i know the questions are pretty open, I would appreciate any replies/advice on this,

I think you should be ok as long as the I-140 isn't revoked. Green card is for future job and so you dont need to be currently working for them.

Hi,

H1 Company is based in Phoenix with another office in delaware.I have gievn my address from NewHampshire on my LCA and NJ on my I 140 application.I work for a client in Newyork.I have given my address in New hampshire as I was not sure that my project will be for a longterm and gave my cousins address in New Hampshire for LCA.

I got an RFE asking why I have different addresses on my LCA and I140 while my company is based out of Arizona and Delaware.Please suggest how I should be answering this.

I was applied my ssn on oct 9 th. still i didn't get my ssn number. two days back ssn people called and told that "in online it is showing your EAd card. so we can give u ssn if you bring the EAD card". My question is if i give my EAD, will the h1 get cancelled. please suggest me.

Hi,

If a H1B visa holder is in US, i know it is possible to transfer H1B to a different comapny in US. But can anyone help me understand if the same is possible if the person having the H1B visa is in india currently?

Details

Using H1B visa, the person has worked in US for first 3 years. Now the person has applied for H1B extension and still the petition papers have not yet come. After applying extension the person has gone back to India. The person's current company is hesitating to send him back to US.

Question
After getting the petition papers, can one transfer H1B visa to a different company staying in india itself and them come to US via new comapany?

Hi,

I'm in the process of going through the naturalization process having filed the N-400 form.

However, I have a change of plans and would like to 'abandon' my naturalization application.

Would this affect any of my future applications? be it a future naturalization application or petition for a relative the green card.

Thanks for any advice as I can't seem to get a definite answer.
