No replies. So dropping idea of getting Business Credit Cards - perhaps it is not important at this stage.
Yes, I did get a business checkin card. Credit card, I guess, I can get only when the EIN number develops some history. Do you already have a business checking card?

Visa and I94 expiration date: 12 Sep 2009
Filed extension: 11 Sep 2009
Extension denied: 18 Nov 2009
Left US: 15 Dec 2009
Refiled H1 Visa: 15 Dec 2009
Visa apporoved: 22 Dec 2009
What should my answer for following question in DS-156 as I left US within 30 days of receiving the denial letter?
Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa, or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the United States?
Kindly suggest.

Are you employed by a US firm. My only concern is that if you apply from indian and are out of US for an extended period of time, USCIS may assume that you have abandoned your immigration intent.

Hi,
My wife has received the ASC notice of biometric appointment. But I did not. She filed as dependent of my concurrent I-140 + I-485 case. I am wondering if there is anything wrong. Should we receive the notice together? Or it is normal to have seperate appointments? Then how long could be the interval between the notices? Anyone in the same situation before? Could I find it out by Infopass appointment?

Hi,
I am currently on H1 and it is with company A. I have an offer with company B and want to get my H1 transferred to company B. I have not gotten my H1 stamped since i have received my work authorization. Can i still get my H1 transferred or do i need to get it stamped and only then can i have my H1 transferred.

Per old instructions everyone was sending to Nebraska, and new instructions published are for 'direct filing'.
Do I follow direct filing rule or Nebraska only rule?
I am finally ready with medicals and photos and will be sending packet tomorrow.

I work for company A. I am on a project actively with an end client from last one year. My company A stopped paying me from past 5 months in spite of them getting paid from the vendor. I have requested my company to release all my payments pending from last 5 months repeatedly. But they don't seem to bother. I am planning to change my employer now.
My question is Am i out of status since I am not getting paid from last 5 months? I have luckily all the copies of pay stubs till a month ago. Only thing is that I haven;t received them yet. Please let me know

I understand that when we re-enter the country using AP we will be given I-94 with the validity period just like that of AP.
So when we renew AP will they even renew the I-94?

Hi,
I got RFE on Advance Parole requesting proof that I have complied with NSEERS.
All I know is I went for Special Registeration back in 2003 when it initially started and citizens of specific countries were required to go for that special registeration. The immigration officer stamped my I-94 and wrote a FIN# on my passport and I-94.
Last time I travelled out of US was back in May 2001 for couple of weeks.
Now got this RFE any idea what do I need to submit.
